The new kindle is the best ebook reader  I've seen and Pc World agrees as well as many other tech gurus. Pc World  calls it "a dramatic revision over its predecessor." It positively is. Amazon outdid itself.

What makes the new kindle so great?  It has an enhanced display for much easier reading,  it is faster by a wide margin and manufacture wise it is smaller and lighter manufacture it even more portable. But that's just the beginning.

What about the WiFi? It's great! The new Kindle will associate to the Internet using WiFi instead of cell network - and -at a lower price point. 

 The New York Times said the letters appear darker and pop out more. This makes for easier reading.

Worried about battery life? I love this comment: "Battery life is long adequate for space shuttle missions." That's Wired Magazine talking. Houston, we have a solution!

 Let's look at what else it has: 20% faster page turns, enhanced Pdf reader and warehouse for 3500 books.

There's a revolution going on and its happening at a price point you can afford. Actually, the real interrogate is "Can you afford not to get a new e-reader?"  Considering your child's education, or your own, the answer is really, "No, I can't afford not to get it." You don't want to be behind the tech curve. And with the price of Kindle books so amazingly low, what you save roughly pays for the Kindle.

The new Kindle has more features at a lower price. Isn't that a discounted price? You can look at it that way. The world is intriguing on and the time of home libraries is over. Dead tree books are so yesterday. The book isn't dead, it just moved to the electrons, became conveyable in a way never before dreamed of, and is available at a price roughly every person can afford.
